What is the male equivalent of „career woman“?
You can’t think of anything? That’s because there is no male equivalent. I’m Fatima Hussain and I am a coach and speaker for Female Empowerment and Diversity.
I noticed a few years ago that in many areas of life there are structures that put women and people with diversity characteristics at a disadvantage and hold them back in their careers. Since then -in addition to working previously as an in-house counsel at Audi AG, Tesla SE, and now as Senior Legal Counsel – I have been advising and coaching people, law firms, and companies in this area.
The status quo in historically male-dominated industries needs to change and I give women a voice to create a world of equality

Invisible women, seas of dark blue suits, and distorted realities- I speak on panels and give key notes on female empowerment, diversity, equality, and innovation, especially in historically male-dominated industries. In doing so, I highlight the status quo, share my personal experiences in law firms and the automotive industry and offer tips on how to become more inclusive.

The "War for Talent" is one of the greatest challenges law firms and companies face today. Significant parts of the applicant market are still not considered due to unconscious bias. With my workshops I help your law firm or your company to take measures to break the unconscious biases and to develop new strategies for your successful talent management.

Germany is either at the bottom or occupies ranking places in the lower third in representative international studies on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which Beyond Gender Agenda wants to change promptly and permanently.
