I’m Fatima Hussain – lawyer and passionate advocate for female empowerment and diversity.
Throughout my career – at Audi AG, Tesla SE, Trade Republic, and now as Head of Legal at LIQID – I’ve repeatedly seen how women and people with migrant backgrounds are held back by existing structures.
What matters to me is that we don’t just talk about diversity but take concrete actions that make a real difference. That’s why I advise and coach individuals, law firms, and companies.
I firmly believe that change begins with bold decisions. It’s about breaking down barriers, being visible, and encouraging others to do the same.

Workshops
The "War for Talent" is one of the greatest challenges law firms and companies face today. Significant parts of the applicant market are still not considered due to unconscious bias. With my workshops I help your law firm or your company to take measures to break the unconscious biases and to develop new strategies for your successful talent management.
Speaker
Invisible women, seas of dark blue suits, and distorted realities- I speak on panels and give key notes on female empowerment, diversity, equality, and innovation, especially in historically male-dominated industries. In doing so, I highlight the status quo, share my personal experiences in law firms and the automotive industry and offer tips on how to become more inclusive.
Coach
Overcoming obstacles and finding the courage to forge your own path – as a coach, I guide women and people with migrant backgrounds on their journey, particularly in male-dominated industries. In my coaching sessions, I not only share my own experiences but also provide practical insights. The goal is to build confidence in one's abilities, make informed decisions, and actively contribute to the long-term integration of diversity and equality in the workplace.
